Since the Maverick reference sheet turned out so well, I decided to do another one for Veil. I used the same sketch I made the Maverick one with for this as well if you recognise it.
This ref highylights the important things about her costume. Hope this is a helper to those who are drawing pics of her!
I guess I should say a few things about her for those who have no clue about her at all.
Veil's real name has never been revealed (I don't even know what it is) nor has her exact age, although she appears to be in her early to mid thirties. She has enhanced human agility, endurance and strength. Her superhuman ability is regeneration and advanced healing.
She is well versed in several martial arts, swordplay, knives, firearms and explosives and often adlibs with various other objects for weapons...no matter how weird.
She's an assassin of the highest order and is generally regarded as a bit scary and a lot mad.
Brilliant idea - these reference sheets - often no matter how many different pictures you get, it can be tough to identify what the creator thinks is really important about the design. Good sketches in their own right too.
I think Veil likes her hair swishy when she's cutting people down, but she probably wears it up when she feels it's practical...like when she's eating corn on the cob or something.
Oh, cool character. Another magnificent reference sheet of your's.. you're really good with these. But uh, with the color thing, it says the back is plain black, but what is the front, then? Anyway, cool character.
